Making a Difference

You and I know that there are lot of Human Resource Agencies. We did a research and a survey regarding currently established Human Resource Agencies in all around the world to find out how we can be different to the other agencies. We got mix responses but however, we felt that people is losing faith on the agencies as we heard the worse stories from the people. We thought of posting some of the responses for your own knowledge.

"I know a friend of mine whose sister was sent by an agency to Middle East for housemaid job. He hadn't heard from her since then. It's been a year and he doesn't know whether she's alive or not"- Sunil, Sri Lanka

" My friend got abused in the job. She was a carer in Oman but she got abused every day."- Niresha, Melbourne

Called numerous times and fobbed off with nonsense like the agency was in the middle of an audit, then they were away on business (the whole agency?), moving premises etc. etc.  The website makes them look like a leading agency, but the office was small and grotty and staffed by three people in jeans / t-shirts lounging around doing nothing!"-Lucy, Melbourne

Listening to these stories was hard for us but it was quite an experience. These were unfortunate people who gave it all to make a better life for their families and for them. It is important for us to deliver what we say we are going to deliver for them, skills and a job. Not only that, it is also important that we give them a job that respects them for who they are.

  3. Thank You Rebecca for the encouragement! We need all the encouragement we can get. Of course these companies have been registered with us already. We have no intention in exploiting people who visits our website.

  4. I am not sure about what training that your agency will provide and how you guarantee employment. Lets say you have some alliances as mentioned, but they are in different businesses that require different skill sets. What and how can you train people to meet your alliances' expectations? How do you fund your business? And do you have enough resources to provide high quality in house training?

  5. Hi Bikee2011.
We are training our candidates mainly in general work such as janitor.

Every Organisations will need a maintenance department where we could supply them workers to work with them. This is an association working with the community in helping them get a job.

We will be given a sets of requirement by the registered companies with their standards and rules where all candidates has to achieve it.

Thanks for your question. Hopefully we answers you well. Happy Easter
