Listening to these stories was hard for us but it was quite an experience. These were unfortunate people who gave it all to make a better life for their families and for them. It is important for us to deliver what we say we are going to deliver for them, skills and a job. Not only that, it is also important that we give them a job that respects them for who they are.

What a great idea! Well done! I'm not so sure about the T-shirts...can you please tell me how you have Alliances with Big W, Coles, Commonwealth Bank, The HSBC that isn't false advertising is it?

ReplyDeleteI am not sure about what training that your agency will provide and how you guarantee employment. Lets say you have some alliances as mentioned, but they are in different businesses that require different skill sets. What and how can you train people to meet your alliances' expectations? How do you fund your business? And do you have enough resources to provide high quality in house training?

ReplyDeleteWe are training our candidates mainly in general work such as janitor.
Every Organisations will need a maintenance department where we could supply them workers to work with them. This is an association working with the community in helping them get a job.
We will be given a sets of requirement by the registered companies with their standards and rules where all candidates has to achieve it.
